A calm place to start

You do not need to know which test you need

You may arrive with a diagnosis, a list of symptoms, or simply a feeling that something is not right. Start with what matters to you. I will help you choose between a consultation, a direct investigation or urgent care elsewhere.

From Dr Sultan

“My first job is to listen. My second is to explain what I think — in language you can use.”

A little clarity, right now

Try a private health check-in

These short tools can help you organise your thoughts. They do not diagnose a condition, and your answers stay in your browser.

2 minutes

Could sleep apnoea be worth discussing?

Use the recognised STOP-Bang questions to understand whether a clinical conversation may be helpful.

1 minute

What is your heart asking you to notice?

A gentle symptom check-in that points you towards urgent care, a consultation or routine advice.

Your pace

Help me understand you

Prepare the important parts of your story before you enquire, without sending anything yet.

These tools are for general guidance only. They are not a diagnosis. If you have severe chest pain, collapse or severe breathlessness, call 999.

Weight, heart and metabolic health

This is about your future — not a number on the scales

If weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, sleep or family history are worrying you, a cardiometabolic health assessment can bring the whole cardiovascular picture together without blame, shortcuts or unrealistic promises.
